the trafic police stopped me at cross road because my hand was on my head while driving car, he said , " ur using mobile" i said check the call log in mobile, so he wanted puc certificate, i did not have , so he checked driving licence, and said as i did not have the puc and as i was having photocopy of driving licence, i am liable to pay the fine. so paid fine and got the receipt of that. MORAL - u need to keep original licence copy and puc certificate in the car. and if you are caught the policeman has n no of loopholes to catch u. But it is important to cooperate these traffic police guys, for a better future.
