sunday group meditation

after so many days it was again one hour group meditation. the calm voices coming from within are soothing. one good line i came across
 LOVE IS FIRE AND EMOTIONS ARE SMOKE.
 DEEPER THE FEELINGS.....LESSER THE EMOTIONS....
ULTIMATELY IT IS ALL FIRE AND NO SMOKE.....
LOVE IS ESSENTIALLY BURNING LIKE SUN....WITH NO SMOKE....
I AM IN MORE LOVE WITH THE SELF

I HATE TO HATE.

often love and hate are two common emotions which often run parallel. at the absolute sense the hatred can transform into love. At the absolute level the love can not transform into hatred. And yes that is a reality.
