sunday group meditation

after so many days it was again one hour group meditation. the calm voices coming from within are soothing. one good line i came across
 LOVE IS FIRE AND EMOTIONS ARE SMOKE.
 DEEPER THE FEELINGS.....LESSER THE EMOTIONS....
ULTIMATELY IT IS ALL FIRE AND NO SMOKE.....
LOVE IS ESSENTIALLY BURNING LIKE SUN....WITH NO SMOKE....
I AM IN MORE LOVE WITH THE SELF

waiting to be one with within

connection with earth,
the touch of sand, 
the sound of waves, 
the soothe of breeze,
melting horizon,
lovely is the nature,...
constantly waiting to be one with within....

life

i - you - me,
good - bad - better,
bad - good -worse,
all the words leading to.....
a common rigmarole....
called life...
born to love.....
struggled to become....
yet struggled to love....
forcing outward,
forcing inward,
loved to think sense of becoming,
yet sense of love so subtle,
speaking silent,
listening loud....
loving rigmarole of growing...
sometimes within,
sometimes outside,..
sense of being.

the happy switch

Yesterday I was talking with an Old Man and his wife. They have not exactly retired yet they have started the new work again. I shall call that old man uncle and his wife aunty. The uncle teaches english and uncle aunty jointly run a stationary shop. 

I do not exactly remember the thread of our talk yet we were talking and I discovered a good thing flowing from within -- 

all of us have a happy switch within us. to keep the switch on and on following rules are to be followed

-- feel happy about the life we have 

-- perform each act of life as worship [ see each act of life as the only chance to do , we never know we have the chance next moment or not]

-- appreciate all the things which happen in the life.

and the result is natural flow of happiness from within.

above lines are very true, infact often the distance within me and the self is so long and so short and what determines this distance is my thought process only.
