You know what, doc? You are absolutely right. I have been meditating regularly for three months only. Last week I was sitting with friends, all smoking, drinking, and I was happily enjoying myself, no effort to stop myself from taking a drag or a sip , and no problem with them either.
You might not think its a big thing, but for me its a major step towards being sure of myself.

ya grasshopper this is reality. and it is a big thing.
feeling what is real and being with the real and we find that we are not affected by the enviornment and ultimately we start affecting the enviornment and that person is yogi who can create, the creation from zero. and the creation from zero means the creation from within.
